Content operations for a mission driven nonprofit
A repeatable content operation inside someone else's CMS and someone else's brand.
the problem
A small mission driven nonprofit with more to say than capacity to say it. Content had to go out on a cadence across social and email, but the people producing it are volunteers and part timers, and the subject matter moves with a news cycle nobody controls.
what I do
Produce and schedule multi channel content across social and email, running the publishing calendar through Buffer and website content through Webflow. I partner on content strategy and community engagement across ongoing campaigns.
The operational constraint is the interesting part. A calendar that assumes full time attention breaks the first week somebody is travelling. So the cadence is built around what can actually be produced in a slow week, with the flexible slots reserved for whatever the news gives us.
why it is on this page
Everything else here is either mine or built from scratch. This is the clearest example of me running a repeatable operation inside someone else's system and someone else's brand voice, on a schedule, with other people involved. Most marketing operations roles ask for exactly that, and it is a different muscle from building the thing yourself.
